There are two car hire outlets located within the grounds of Seoul Incheon International Airport (ICN). The car rental agencies can be found on the surface floor areas. Desks are available at both the number 2 exit and the number 13 exit on the first floor, close to the main arrivals area.
Three main categories of insurance are offered on all rental cars at Seoul Incheon Airports: personal, object or pervious. Cars are provided with a full tank of fuel and can be reserved in advance, free of charge.
